The querent is represented by Lord 1, in this chart by Mars at 06.29 Leo and by the Moon at 19.40 Sagittarius. Lord 1 represents the personality, ‘the head’ of the querent and the Moon has more to do with her emotions, her heart. The job is signified by Lord 10, Mercury at 20.36 Gemini.

To see if the querent is going to change her job, we need to see if either Lord 1 or Lord 10 are going to change signs. But neither Lord 1 nor Lord 10 are changing signs soon. There are no applying aspects between Lord 1 and Lord 10; this would suggest that the change won't happen. The other thing is that Mars so early in a fixed sign also suggests that she won't change it. But the Moon, which is a co-significator of the querent, is applying to oppose Mercury (the job) and this would suggest that there might be a change of job. What does it all mean? How should we read it when there is evidence both ways. We need to remember that Mars signifies her head and the Moon her heart, so if she decides to follow her heart she will change her job. Note that the Moon in Sagittarius is in detriment of Mercury, her heart does not like this job. If she goes with her head she won't change it.

In this kind of questions the 1st house and Lord 1 represent things as they are at the moment of asking the question. The querent is in Poland at this point in time, therefore Mars at 13.34 Libra represents how things are in Poland. Mars is in its detriment, so not very strong, suggesting that it is not that great in Poland. We need to check if there is anything in the 1^st house but there is nothing there.

Lord 7 and the 7th house represent how things would be if he goes to Ireland. The condition of Venus at 12.05 Libra will tell us how things would be in Ireland. Venus is in its own sign, therefore very strong, signifying that it would be much better over there. We need to check if there is anything in the 7^th house but there is nothing there.

The chart is certainly showing that it would be better for the querent to go to Ireland as Venus is in its own sign at that moment, so very strong. If we look for the timing: I told him that it probably would be better for him to stay there for a period of approximately either 18  weeks or  18 months and after that time it may not be so great there anymore because in 18 degrees Venus goes into Scorpio and in this position Venus is in its detriment.

Mars is in Libra now so it is not great where he is at the moment but when Mars goes into Scorpio (in  17 degrees) things should look better for him in Poland (in about 17 weeks or months).

In this chart Mars and Venus are the most important significators that give a very clear picture of what would be better for the querent at the moment.

The querent (the person asking the question) is always represented by the 1^st house and Lord 1, which in this case is Mercury at 13.47 Libra. Mercury is in its triplicity, tucked away in this obscure 6th house, so something has to be done to make them more visible.

PR agency is represented by the 7^th house and Lord 7, in this chart by Jupiter at 15.48 Capricorn. Jupiter is in its term and fall and in the 9th house.

Mercury is in a stronger position (triplicity is much better than fall) but Jupiter is in a better house (9th house is better than the 6th house), so essentially the querent is stronger than the PR agency, but accidentally the PR agency is stronger.

Mercury in Libra is in term of Jupiter and Jupiter in Capricorn is not in any reception with Mercury. So there are no strong receptions between the two parties.

The next step is to look at Lord 10 which represents the business, and it is Saturn at 17.54 Virgo. Saturn is peregrine, meaning that it is not in any of its dignities, nor debilities.

Now I need to check the receptions between Lords 1 and 7 with Lord 10. Mercury in Libra is in the exaltation and face of Saturn. The querent exalts Saturn (business) which I suppose is a normal thing because it is the querent’s creation; she sees it as a wonderful thing. The important thing is that there is an exaggeration here which is not necessarily a bad thing because if she loves it that much she will be greatly motivated to make it work.

Jupiter in Capricorn is in the sign of Saturn, so this suggests that the PR agency maybe could help the business because Jupiter in Capricorn loves Saturn. But the problem is that Jupiter is in its fall, therefore not in much of a state to be helpful.

There is this strong mutual reception between the querent and the business which is great, so maybe it means that they should promote themselves. But certainly the PR agency (Jupiter in Capricorn) wouldn't harm the business (Saturn).

But I am concerned about Jupiter being in such a dreadful state, in its fall. On the other hand this is the only planet above the Earth, which is vital for the subject, so it could be a case of ‘better than nothing’.

In this situation a lot would depend on the money involved. The condition of Jupiter (the PR agency) doesn’t encourage much investment, so if you have to pay them a lot of money, I would advise against this.

The querent’s sister is represented by the 3^rd house and Lord 3, which is Jupiter at 22.54 Aquarius in the 5^th house (planet 5 degrees before a house cusp is considered as being in that next house). The nanny is signified by the 6^th from the 3^rd house which is a radical 8^th house; therefore her significator is Venus at 29.51 Pisces, meaning that the nanny is very strong, in her exaltation. So that's great but the bad news is that she is about to change sign, she will go into Aries where she is very weak. So this is not a good sign as Venus in this position will be in her detriment. The other thing is that she will stop being ruled by Lord 3 (her employer/ the querent's sister), so she won't be doing what she is told. It appears that she is someone who knows how to present herself in a way that pleases her employer and even though she seems to be a great candidate, she will be unable to cope and is too weak to look after the baby well. The interesting thing to notice is that Venus is staying in Pisces only for a very short time, it has been in its detriment, and has just gone back to being exalted for a short moment, and soon will go again into its detriment, this is only confirming that she is not showing her true colours, what you see is not what you will get. The answer is NO, don't hire her.
